Upon receiving your package, please inspect your shipping box and the items inside for missing or damaged items. We require customers contact us within 14 days of receiving their package to notify us of any issues. The shipping box may have normal wear from the transit process. However, if your order arrives damaged, please retain the shippiing box, packing materials and original items on the order.
Items are typically packaged in a brown shipping box and are packaged securely. Some orders and bundled products may be split packaged depending on origin. If your order is split packaged you will receive seperate tracking numbers for each individual item.
We will accept returns on items in original condition if received at our headquarters within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Photo may be required for damages. We are not able to accept returns for cosmetics, earrings and hypoallergenic items due to sanitation reasons. If you need to return an item please contact us.
